"This company and specifically this branch are very 2 faced. They lack effective communication and are unable to fully explain things to their clients. What they say is the oppoaite of what they do. I thought all these poor reviews were false, but actually were very true. This is not a how a company should manage things. It's absolutely ridiculous. If anyone knows a good insurance company please let me know. 😮‍💨"

"My family has a policy with this company and we were told they would cancel our old insurance policy. State Farm did not cancel the policy and I was forced to pay for both insurances. The people in this office have no sense of responsibility and are to lazy to have effective communication with their clients."

"Terrible costumer service from Denice Bobenchik . Very rude ! Eric is my agent , but they will not let you speak to him ! Switching to Geico after 15 years ! Ever since this agent was assigned to us the costumer service and prices became an absolute nightmare !"

"There is a woman there who is very disrespectful and shouldn`t be answering the phone with that kind of attitude. They raise their prices every month to something different and blame inflation and tariffs but when you call other insurance companies there is no such thing as this. will be moving over to Geico. the price gauging is unethical and they are ripping us off. should call the office of inspector general and put a complaint in. absolutely a nightmare. they will say that they don`t adjust the rates but they use the excuse of inflation and the tariffs which is complete BS. ripping people off isn`t good at all."

"I had a frustrating experience with State Farm as they continuously increased my car insurance rates without providing a valid explanation. Despite having two cars insured with them, my premiums kept rising, and when I reached out for clarification, my agent refused to give me a clear reason for the price changes. Very disappointing and unprofessional service."
